FAQ

1. How much does MPP cost?

Free. This is a complimentary service for our future customers.

2. Why is it free?

We offer this program as a complimentary service for those who choose to work with us for their mortgage. Of course, that decision is entirely up to you and depends on whether our financing options meet your needs.

3. Does everyone qualify?

No. Because this program is free, you must meet certain criteria. If you’re not a good candidate now, Lorin or Dylan will show you how you can be.

4. What happens if I go through MPP and then decide I don't want a mortgage?

No problem. If you go through the program and your plans or circumstances change, you’re not obligated to use us for a mortgage.

5. Why don't other companies offer a similar program?

Generally speaking, mortgage companies are looking for clients who are ready for financing now. Not customers who are aren’t ready. Consequently, little focus and resources go into the process of helping customers prepare for a mortgage (or refinance) in the future.

6. Does MPP only work with new buyers?

MPP works with new and repeat buyers. Including those looking to refinance an existing mortgage.

7. Does MPP include Credit Repair?

MPP is not a credit repair program. We do not perform credit repair services or act on a client’s behalf with credit bureaus.

As part of the program, we provide education and guidance on the factors that lenders evaluate such as credit, income, and debt, so you can take the appropriate steps to improve your mortgage readiness.
