Mortgage Prep Program (“MPP“) is a program operated by Community Lending Group (“CLG“), a licensed mortgage lender/broker. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Community Lending Group and Mortgage Prep Program collectively.

MPP is not a separate legal entity. All services are provided by Community Lending Group.

By opting in you consent to receive text messages from Mortgage Prep Program and Community Lending Group. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying ‘STOP’ to any text message or by contacting us via email. We will honor all opt-out requests promptly.”

Mobile phone numbers, opt-in consent records, and SMS data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with trusted service providers for the sole purpose of delivering text message communications and supporting services.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions are waived.

Utah law governs this Agreement. Venue is Salt Lake County, Utah.

11. Electronic Communications

You consent to electronic communications related to website use and services.

12. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CLG/MPP.
